First Mate

We are looking for an experienced First Mate to join the permanent crew of S/Y Sirocco, a beautiful 28m Oyster 885 based in Palma. You will work closely with the Captain to manage daily operations, maintain the vessel to the highest standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during private charters across the Mediterranean and Atlantic.

Responsibilities include navigation watches, passage planning, provisioning, and supervising deck crew. Candidates must be professional, personable, and passionate about sailing.
