Head Chef

M/Y Levante, a 38m Benetti motor yacht, is seeking a talented and creative Head Chef to join the permanent crew for the 2026 Mediterranean season.

You will be responsible for all aspects of onboard catering including provisioning, menu design, preparation of 3–5 course meals, and catering for special dietary requirements. Our guests expect a fine-dining experience at all times.

Previous superyacht experience is essential. A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to work in a compact galley under pressure are a must.

The role includes 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation with a generous salary package.
